Sahil Varman moves the capital to Chamba

Sahil Varman shifted the seat from Bharmour down the Ravi and named the new town Chamba after his daughter Champavati. The tradition that she sacrificed herself so the water channel would flow is commemorated by the Sui Mata fair.
