Jagat Singh of Nurpur rebels against Shah Jahan

Jagat Singh of Nurpur, rewarded for his part in the capture of Kangra in 1620, later revolted, seized Mau and Taragarh and defied Shah Jahan. The imperial army under Prince Murad Baksh and Asalat Khan reduced his forts; he submitted and was restored to service.
