Glacier
Dudhon
| Feeds | Parvati, which joins the Beas at Bhuntar |
|---|
Dudhon, in the Parvati basin of Kullu, is counted among the largest glaciers of the Beas basin, feeding the Parvati on its way to join the Beas at Bhuntar.
It sits alongside Parvati Glacier at the head of the same valley, part of the glacier field that keeps the Parvati flowing through the dry months — and, like the rest of Kullu and Lahaul's glaciers, one whose retreat is tracked for what it means downstream.
