Bhagmal Sautha

President of the Himalayan Riyasati Praja Mandal and the leading figure of the Dhami movement. When the Rana banned the Dhami Prem Prachani Sabha, Sautha led a procession to Halog to present the people's demands and was arrested on the way — the arrest that provoked the crowd and the firing of 16 July 1939.

He was imprisoned along with Mansa Ram and Dharam Das.
