Ram Singh Pathania

Rose in 1848 in the name of the dispossessed Nurpur heir Jaswant Singh, seized Shahpur Kandi fort and held the Nurpur hills against British columns. Defeated near Shahpur after being betrayed, he was transported to Singapore, where he died in 1849.
